LBH - 12	Varandha, hall, Two Bed Room, Toilet with bath Attached.	3,20,000/- (Three lakh and twenty thousand only.
LBH - 13	Varandah, Hall, Three Bed Room, Toilet with bath attached	4,10,000 (Four Lakh and Ten thousand Only)

* Governement Norms for construction is applied .
* The required square feet area is correctly measured and selected Duration for the construction 100 days only.
* The dining room and Pooja rooms are modified and done subject to the required model of the client.
